Not the best… the softgels are way better. The bottle I got expired like two weeks after purchasing, so I may have gotten unlucky, but they seemed to be uneffective even before expiring

I used these vitamins for about 3 months and did not see any improvement with my hair and nails. I would not recommend. Once i stopped and did a different routine i saw more improvements.

These are really excellent tasting. They don't have the sugar coating and don't get stuck together and impossible to separate like some gummy vitamins. The flavor isn't funky tasting either. Definitely saw some growth with this vitamin on board.

I prefer nature made's hair, skin, and nails supplements but these work ok to.im not going to say that I do or don't recommend them. I just prefer a different brand over this brand
