I like that they aren't a gritty texture. They actually look like little nipples LOL. I do see an improvement in my nails. Not much difference in my hair.

While I don't tell if they did a whole lot for my hair they are super tasty. I'll happily take my biotin this way. They are sweet strawberry flavored.
