Nature Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails gummy vitamins are great! The strawberry ones taste good! My nails are looking better since I started taking these! I would recommend!

I used these vitamins for about 3 months and did not see any improvement with my hair and nails. I would not recommend. Once i stopped and did a different routine i saw more improvements.
