I like these vitamins and that they don't leave a chalky sort of aftertaste like other gummy vitamins. My issue is that they're pretty expensive compared to other vitamins at the store.

i've been taking this vitamin for years. it has helped so much with my hair skin and nails. mostly my hair. my hair was so dead and not shinny, and this helped fix it all. the taste is really good unlike most vitamins

I use to take these everyday. They taste great the downside is I didn't notice a difference at all. I have not bought them again since. I think k it's a waste of money honestly. There are way better vitamins on the market

I have terrible nails (splitting, breaking, peeling) maybe they work well for someone that doesn't have all these issues with their nails but I did not see any difference
