I have a very hard time swallowing pills. These gummies taste great and are easy to take. I do notice that it works well for my nails. I haven't noticed it truly effecting my hair and skin.

We use coconut oil for a TON of stuff. I used for stretching while pregnant in several places, lol, I used it while breastfeeding. It was a painful process and there were products available to me but coconut oil is the safest!
