Tastes very good and makes me feel put together but I did not see very many improvements in my nails. That is what I bought the product for to drop my hand nails.

My grandmother was the one that got me interested in biotin and now I try to take it everyday because w can tell that it helps my nails get stronger, and my hair is growing easier.

I do have to say that I like the taste of them primarily the strawberry flavor, although I'm not sure if they actually improved my hair, skin and nails, but they did taste great 

They taste amazing almost like candy. Very easy to open and baby proof sealed , to me it was worth what I paid for. And it works well for me but I wished they would add some more to the bottle it finished too quickly.

Gummies tasted great — almost like candy, even — but I'm not sure if they actually make any more than a minimal difference on my hair, skin, and nails. Since they're so delicious, I figure why not keep up with taking them either way!
