nothing special, taste good, ingredients is okay not bad but has too sweet which i don't like it. to me it's not worth it. nothing effective for my hair and nails. the packaging is okay bottle of plastic.

I tried the whole bottle three times trying to give it a chance. No results no improvements. The quality of the packaging is awesome but do not waste your money. Just stick to your mutli-vitamins instead of this one

I'm not sure if this is the one I had or not. But the one I tried for hair, skin and nails didn't work for me. I only gave it one bottle though, maybe it takes longer than that. I'm not really sure?

These taste really great. However, I took for years and didn't notice much of a difference. My hair didn't grow any quicker and my skin and nails remained the same. I haven't taken them for almost a year. I prefer taking liquid collagen over biotin.
