Love these Biotin gummies from Nature’s Bounty, they work great! My hair and nails have really shown improvement since I started taking them. Highly Recommended!

I buy these because I have brittle nails. I think they have provided some help to me in that regard. The gummies are tasty and not dried out. I wish Sams would offer the Citrus flavor but these are okay too. I recommend it.

Taste is good. Definitely helps for nails and skin. Not sure on the hair part. Didnt help me with my hair. But it may work for others. Don't knock it till you try it
