Started using this product in 2015 and haven’t stopped since I take the gummies off and on consistently I haven’t been recently eating them and my nails have definitely been suffering I definitely would like to add these back into my regiment

Hands down one of my favorite vitamins. They honestly taste as good as candy which helps me want to take them. I also love how they are pretty affordable.

I thought the vitamins tasted pretty good and gave good results. The packaging looks good and I feel like the product is priced right. I would recommend!

Since I start taking this supplement my hair is more healthier and my skin has clear up and not as dry, my nails are more healthy they dont break and look good.

I like these gummies. They taste good, you don’t have to take too many. I think I see a difference in my skin & my hair. Don’t let get too hot, they will melt into one gummy lol
