My mom takes these to help strengthen her hair, skin, and nail. I've noticed a difference in her nail strength lately and I believe it is thanks to this.

Definitely helped strengthen my nails THANK GOD after all of the damage from acrylics but didn’t help my hair or skin much. Better tasting than most gummies but kinda a weird texture

The packaging is cute and the taste isn’t bad. It’s somewhat effective and it’s ok priced for value. I don’t eat them all the time though. This is good if you don’t like to swallow pills
