If you don’t like swallowing a horse pill like myself and you need a supplement for biotin, I recommend these gummies. They also taste great. They don’t taste like medicine and they’re just as affective as other forms.

i like this product and i use it everyday. I have a good smell and easy to drink. but if you don't use it for a long time. it will be melt. you can try it in the future

I like that they aren’t a gritty texture. They actually look like little nipples LOL. I do see an improvement in my nails. Not much difference in my hair.

My absolute favorite hair vitamins! These are the only ones I will use nowadays. They taste great, almost like fruit snacks and they're super affordable.

I used to take this supplement a few years ago with my other vitamins. I would say that my nails grew a lot and that my hair was strong at some point.
