This bottle is easy to open, identify, and use. The vitamins are great quality and I noticed improvement in just a month. The price is really not bad for the quality.

I like these and the flavor was good as far as vitamins go. But honestly I can't tell if they worked or not maybe I will try them again for awhile longer to gauge a real result, but they are a little pricey.
