The effectiveness of this product is amazing. It probably works. The quality is outstanding it's definitely a value for your money. The packaging is so so so very cute and the scent smells like fruit.

These vitamins are pretty good. I used them for about 2 months and noticed a change in my nail growth. I didn't notice any changes with my hair. They are on the sweeter side, but I would still recommend them.
