I take natures bounty everyday. I have problems with my thyroid so my nails and hair are very dry and brittle . I started using nature bounty and it has helped so much my nails and hair have began to grow . A must dry if you have these problems

I used these gummies for a few months. I liked the taste of them. I don’t know that they helped my hair or nails, but I believe I did learn to keep up with a routine, I just took these dummies out. I started using a pill instead.

Pretty good don’t see a big difference but okay tastes fine and gummy cool not sure if there’s any difference in hair and skin but not bad see if it works
