I do like these vitamins , always looking for good supplements and vitamins for my hair and nails. Its very important to be consistent and take them as directed everyday.

This is good. I like another brand a lot more but I was broke and didn't have the money to get the other brand so I got these instead. I didn't use long enough to see any results but it was tasty

I used to buy these a lot. The flavor is spot on and doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste like many vitamins do. I definetly saw a different in my hair nail and skin health taking them for a period of time.
