I’ve used this product for a year and the results was amazing. My hair was thinker and healthy. My skin was healthier as well. I then brought a different brand and now I have to start over again.

The taste is great and I love that it comes with over a months worth of gummies It feels like my nails are stronger and my hair it more thick and strengthened, great value.

Not the biggest fan of this product. I’ve tried a few hair skin and nail vitamins and this one is not one of my favorites. The taste is not good at all. I’m not sure I noticed the biggest difference in my hair skin and nails.

I love how easy these gummies are to digest. These were my first go to for the vitamins I needed. The taste isn't too strong and taking 2 for the serving is doable.
