I love these! I usually don’t love artificial flavors from these types of gummies but I really enjoy these. My 52 year old mom swears by these gummies and she doesn’t look a day over 40!!

These are really yummy and I love that they are gummys because it’s like a little treat and easier to take and want to take versus a pill. I am not 100% sure it has really helped with my hair though I really cannot tell a difference
