This product works! Great for the money and taste pretty good. Like a gummy bear. The bottle is big enough to shack when they get stuck together. You just can shack the bottle to loosen them up.

I have used these gummies for years. I got them in hopes of my hair growing faster. I don't really notice that they make a difference with my hair. But my nails grow super strong when i take them and that's why I continue to use them.
