Love these! They taste good , doesn’t taste like taking vitamins! Can see a difference in everything after a few weeks. This brand makes tons of different vitamins and this is the brand we all use.

We use coconut oil for a TON of stuff. I used for stretching while pregnant in several places, lol, I used it while breastfeeding. It was a painful process and there were products available to me but coconut oil is the safest!

They didn't seem to help my hair much but definitely helped my nails. They grew well and were much stronger. A bonus that they taste good as well. I feel like I could eat them all. Will continue to purchase.
