These are really yummy and I love that they are gummys because it’s like a little treat and easier to take and want to take versus a pill. I am not 100% sure it has really helped with my hair though I really cannot tell a difference

These taste okay because they are full of sugar. I did not notice an improvement in my skin or nails. I think my hair grew faster but not necessarily thicker.
