I have used this brand in the past...I like the flavor gummies and the price. My post of hair and nails have shown my progress...when it comes to health.

This is a pretty average biotin/hair, skin, nails supplement. I didn't notice a big difference but I think taking it didn't hurt. It's definitely a good price and the packaging is child safe.
