Thickened and hardened my nails , my hair is stronger and seems to have a shine to it and my skin isn’t nearly as bad as it was. I’d definitely recommend this product.

Effective, good for you, proven ingredients, no aftertaste.... check. These check all the boxes that you want in a hair, skin and nails suppliment. Not only is it in such a convenient form, they taste great... and most importantly, they work!!!

Back when everyone was trying to get on hair, skin and nails vitamins, tried this and it did seem like my nails grew out faster. My skin and hair didn’t seem to have any kind of negative effect but I did feel like it helped it looked better.

They taste really great and are good if you have trouble swallowing pills. However i took them for over 3 months and didn’t see a difference in my hair or nails. I’d pass on this one.

I did not like these. They made me break out and I didn’t notice a huge difference. They taste weird and I didn’t like taking them at all. Not a fan of these.
