This product didn't really work for me. After about 2 months of taking the vitamin j saw very little results. But have friends who has seen improvement whole taking it.

These gummies are incredible. When I first got them I thought they were kind of gimmicky, but when I started using them more often, I got a lot more compliments on my hair and skin despite not changing anything in my routine.

These taste really good and have a great texture. I personally didn't notice a difference in my hair and nails while using this, but it does contain a lot of good ingredients to help with those.

First of all, this tastes really good. Very tempting to eat another one but this did strengthen my nails since I always get acrylics. I'm not sure if I see any improvement on my skin and nails though.

This is the worst vitamin it's too sweet and honestly I feel they are nothing more than gummy candy. They really are no good but the prenatal ones are absolutely perfect and my daily vitamin. Dont waste money here bc u will see its just gummy candy

I took this for 6 months and I have nothing negative to add. The vitamins work! Your hair and nails will be thick and your hair will be fabulous. Try this item, it's worth it!
