I have tried these a couple years ago and took it for about 5 months and didn't really notice a difference. I would not recommend these because they didn't work.

These vitamins taste very fruity and texture is soft is well. These vitamin gummies do work very well. I like how the packaging is designed and it's easy to use. The ingredients are very good too as they have healthy products in it.

These are very tasty and have great reviews. I would have given them a 5 star but they have sugar in them. I took them and it didn't see the best results.

I have taken these daily for the past couple years. I've never seen such growth and healthiness in my hair and nails. Makes a world of difference. I take this and a multi-vitamin on the regular. Truly works and best price.

I didn't notice a difference even though I was taking it for four months straight. I think it's better to take individual vitamins, like biotin, than multivitamins

Only costed a few bucks ,much cheaper than pills. The strawberry flavor tasted great ,would buy again. However, I do not know if they actually helped my skin and hair grow since I never paid attention while taking them.
