these are definitely a good source of biotin, and don't taste like biotin , which personally i think tastes like i imagine dog food does lol, but i didn't really see a difference in my hair skin nails after using tbh

Been taking these biotin supplements for over a year now. I do see some difference with my nails and skin. Taste like strawberry gummies. Comes in an array of sizes.

I always go back to this product when it comes to hair skin nails vitamins. First off I love that it's a gummy makes it that much easier to take daily. I have seen results in my nail growth and skin not so much in my hair tho.

I bought this for my gf and she love it. The gummy tastes good and it's effective. She said she feels the different after period of taking biotin. The packaging is good, and it's cheap too. The color of the design make it feel peaceful.

I haven't been using these long enough to notice any changes, but they taste great, easy to chew and they are great for the price, the quality is very good and I actually enjoy taking these.
