Made my nails grow and I saw a different after a finished a bottle. Great for the price and doesn’t taste bad. Was packed well and had no issues opening it

I’m not sure if this is the one I had or not. But the one I tried for hair, skin and nails didn’t work for me. I only gave it one bottle though, maybe it takes longer than that. I’m not really sure?

I really liked the strawberry flavor! I use as directed, two gummies daily with a meal. I would recommend it, just measure your hair before that was my mistake I didn’t do. My hair definitely did grow but I’m not sure how much exactly.

Iile the idea of these but honestly I haven’t seen any difference. They taste good. I have been taking them daily for a couple months. Seems possibly like a gimmick
