I love these vitamins so much. I actually get excited to take them because of how yummy they taste haha. I'm not sure if they do anything to be honest.

These are my favorite vitamins. The gummies are soft and taste great, but they also give me a great source of biotin which is what I was looking for. I have a hard time remember to take normal vitamins, but these are almost like eating a treat.
