These have been some of the better tasting biotin vitamins I’ve had. I think my hair is a bit stronger after using, but I wasn’t really keeping track.

These hair, skin, and nail biotin vitamins taste really good. The packaging is pretty, the vitamins aren’t huge, and they smell great! I’ve seen a great improvement in the quality of my nails! My hair feels better and my skin feels smooth.

I take natures bounty everyday. I have problems with my thyroid so my nails and hair are very dry and brittle . I started using nature bounty and it has helped so much my nails and hair have began to grow . A must dry if you have these problems

I thought these helped promote healthy hair, skin, and nails after taking them for a few days. The gummies taste pretty good so these are way easier to take than the tablet form which is considerably large.
