They aren't very expensive which is a plus for me since most healthy items are a little pricey. Definitely keeping this in my daily routine.

I saw improvement in the strength of my nails and In the shine in my hair. Warning for those that have had lazor hair removal this does increase hair growth. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Theyre not wrong - these gummies do taste delicious. But looking at the label, its clear why: the first two ingredients are sugar and corn syrup. I havent been taking them long enough to tell a difference in my hair, skin and nails, but I do know that I would purchase other supplements over these in order to avoid the extra sugar. But, if you have trouble swallowing pills and prefer chewables instead, maybe these would work for you. I received this product free from Influenster for testing purposes.
