They taste great, not much different from childrens fruit gummy. They have a good texture too, unlike some medicated gummies Ive tried. So far I am very pleased with them and will purchase more. However, I have noticed a difference in how fast my nails especially have been growing and they taste good enough that I have no problem taking them! Overall I would take them again!
