They actually dont taste that bad. Ive only taken them for a few days so I cant comment on the results however if they would like the pills then they will defiently help my skin and my hair. With that being said if youre on a budget and you want to get a vitamin to help your hair, nails and skin I think this is a viable option. I received this as a free sample.

They also taste SO good! I havent noticed a huge difference yet in a week, but theres still more to go so hopefully I see a difference soon.

They taste almost exactly like strawberry jam. I have noticed that my nails are a little bit stronger and I think my hair is starting to grow more quickly, I recently dyed it blue and you can see my roots coming in pretty quickly.

They dont have a weird after taste, they have a great amount of biotin for hair and nails and you actually see your hair and nails get longer and stronger! I would definitely recommend using in addition to other daily multivitamins.
