This product really help with my nails, I saw a different after using my nails stop break it, and my skin look so glow it, I love that is easy to take and the flavor is delicious

I am not sure if this did anything for my skin or nails but this tasted good! I do not think this is very effective and it was hard to judge if it worked or not.
