I love these vitamins. They are so tasty. And i actually really saw a difference first in my nails and then my skin. It’s very affordable and has Biotin which is a key ingredient.

Gummies tasted great — almost like candy, even — but I’m not sure if they actually make any more than a minimal difference on my hair, skin, and nails. Since they’re so delicious, I figure why not keep up with taking them either way!

Flavor is great. I have finished my first bottle of this and really didnt notice any difference in anything. I was hoping this could help with nail growth but it made no difference
