These are good. They taste like the multivitamins. Didn’t notice the difference in the taste but they both taste good. I usually eat them in the morning after I brush my teeth to get rid of the minty taste.

It's really work my nails was nothing I remarked the changes on two weeks .. I loved this product and I'll use it again and again it meet my expectations it is effective.... recommend this for who wants a long and strong nails it deserves to try .

I didn't notice a huge difference after a month. I imagine you have to take them for a while though. Personally I would buy again. Good price, they don't taste bad either.
