Tastes very good and makes me feel put together but I did not see very many improvements in my nails. That is what I bought the product for to drop my hand nails.

Not the biggest fan of this product. I've tried a few hair skin and nail vitamins and this one is not one of my favorites. The taste is not good at all. I'm not sure I noticed the biggest difference in my hair skin and nails.

These gummies tasted good and had the texture of a fruit snack. My nail tech noticed a difference in my nails which are typically very brittle. I do wish that a dose could be within one gummy so that a bottle would last longer.

These work great. I use them to make my hair grow faster and get stronger because of my chemical damage from coloring and highlighting. The taste is great. It's like your eating candy and I love my sweets. I would definitely recommend.
