These taste really great. However, I took for years and didn’t notice much of a difference. My hair didn’t grow any quicker and my skin and nails remained the same. I haven’t taken them for almost a year. I prefer taking liquid collagen over biotin.

Taking these 2 cute, strawberry gummies a day has really helped keep my nails strong. It also helps my hair some since it goes through some harsh conditions.
