I used the entire bottle of these and saw no results. I was rather disappointed because I had heard many good things about this product. I don’t recommend based on my own lack of results but each person is different.

I love the flavor of this product but it has a little bit sweet. The lid is designed good so the children can’t open it. I have been taking it for 1 month ,but I am not feel different from my hair. I will try it longer.
