I love these gummies. It's really great that they're vitamins lol it's hard for me to just take the recommended dose- they're that yummy 🤤!!! I also like the fact that they contain biotin, which helps with skin elasticity. I highly recommend !

Overall, I liked this product because it did improve my hair,skin and nails. The gummy's are also very tasty so I looked forward to them. I would say the only negative thing would be the sugar in them.

These vitamins actually taste really good! You don't get that medicine aftertaste which I dislike! The packaging is good and it has the child safety on the lid. My nails have definitely grown a lot as well!

nothing special, taste good, ingredients is okay not bad but has too sweet which i don't like it. to me it's not worth it. nothing effective for my hair and nails. the packaging is okay bottle of plastic.
