These has been an essential for me my whole 31 years of life. It’s supper efficient and it taste just like strawberry. But in gummy form. Packaging is key and it’s valid for the quantity is amazing. Love natures bounty!

4 stars because it helps my hair grow fast and long in a short amount of time and my nails grow fast too. The only con is the biotin breaks my face out.
