This hair skin and nails chewable/gummy vitamin tastes so good! It's very easy to take these. They contain biotin which is helpful for hair/nail growth and skin health!

These are such a great addition to my start of being more healthy. It's a great value for your money spent, minimum packaging waste, they taste great and make me feel great

I used these vitamins for about 3 months and did not see any improvement with my hair and nails. I would not recommend. Once i stopped and did a different routine i saw more improvements.

This bottle is easy to open, identify, and use. The vitamins are great quality and I noticed improvement in just a month. The price is really not bad for the quality.
