Used these as daily routine for vitamins , the gummy's are tasty, has that fruity taste not too sweet, it does it job, the price is not too bad if you don't like taking medication then these gummy's is good for!!

I used to take this supplement a few years ago with my other vitamins. I would say that my nails grew a lot and that my hair was strong at some point.

it doesn't rly grow your hair but makes ur nails super strong and grows fast. however does not grow ur hair faster or anything like that but still nice for nail strength
