My family loves this. I don’t know if I chose the right one but I think the only difference is the flavor. It’s so good and it easy to eat. Doesn’t feel like eating medicine but candy!

Tastes very good and makes me feel put together but I did not see very many improvements in my nails. That is what I bought the product for to drop my hand nails.

I might have noticed a slight improvement in my hair and nails. The gummies didn't taste bad, but were a little tough and you do have to chew them up really well.
