I tried the whole bottle three times trying to give it a chance. No results no improvements. The quality of the packaging is awesome but do not waste your money. Just stick to your mutli-vitamins instead of this one

This brand is okay! I’m not a huge fan of this brand but it’s ok. I don’t absorb certain forms of vitamins in including gummies. If you are looking for a cheap vitamin that really does work for your hair, skin & nails then give this a try!

These gummies are a great option for anyone who struggles with pills. I prefer vitamins in a gummy form since the tablets tend to be very large and have a nasty aftertaste. These taste great and seem to work really well.
