I recently started taking Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails. I love the strawberry flavor! They do have a little bit of a weird texture, but I’m eager to see the results! Overall, I would recommend these.

These gummies are good if you want to start taking hair, nails, and skin vitamins. Later on you can upgrade to some more expensive ones but these are great and affordable.

I loved it and they did work but i did stop them for awhile im not one to stay on any type of medication/vitamins for too long without taking a break.
