Meh. I’m not sure if it helped my hair, skin, or nails ...? The taste of this was very good but tasted a little artificial, kind of like gummy candies. I wouldn’t buy this again but I didn’t hate it.

These gummy vitamins are affordable and helped my hair, skin, and nails. They taste great and are an excellent everyday sweet treat to take before bed.
