I took this whole bottle, I didn’t really see a whole difference in my hair, skin, or nails. I know you’re supposed to take it for a long time to see a difference so maybe I stopped too soon.

I have been using Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails gummies for a long time. The strawberry flavor is my favorite. Since taking these gummies, my hair is healthier. My nails are stronger and my skin looks and feels healthier.

These taste SO yummy. I’ve taken these for years and my nails are super strong. When I go months without taking these, my nails become brittle and thin, so I’m certain these WORK. They’re also affordable and easy to find so that’s a plus!!
