Effective, reliable, and great packaging! These do the job. My hair and nails have grown so much since taking these, and the quality is great! They also smell delicious.

They tasted great, but to be honest, I used them for about 6 months and I really didn't notice any changes of note in my hair, skin, or nails. I've used other products since that I feel like I've seen more effectiveness out of.
