I took these for a while and noticed a slight improvement in my skin and nail growth, but not much of a change with my hair. Overall the taste as good and if I can remember to take them, I would continue to take them long term.

I feel like these gummies really work. Sometimes with biotin supplements, they cause me to break out and they actually have the opposite effect on me. Not these. They taste great and get the job done. Love them so much!

I really like these. However, for me I did not notice that big of a difference with my hair growing. But I definitely felt like my nails were stronger and my skin was healthier
