I remember taking this like two years ago at the time I just did a big chop and I bought this and they worked great the only thing I hated about them is that they made me breakout that's why I stopped taking them.

My hair and nails have never looked better, the ingredients really do the job right. The gummies taste good and have an excellent price point. Totally worth adding to your routine.

Not sure if it were truly working. Homies sometimes hold too much sugar to make it take better and I think that's the case here. Don't think it was particularly bad though as a whole product.

Not sure about effectiveness but it tastes good at least no harm at all. Hard to only have two gummies per day especially when on diet and crave sugar.

I started using these mainly for my hair. I took a months worth and really only noticed a change in my skin. The flavor is great and the gummy is soft and not super hard.

I wasn't a fan of these. I felt like they had a funny taste and honestly I didn't see as much of a result as I did with the regular tablets. The Gummi version falls short

This gummy is pretty good and I do see some improvement with my nails and my hair does feel softer it's not brittle bit's not brittle but you do have to use this product for a longer period of time before you could see results
