These have been some of the better tasting biotin vitamins I’ve had. I think my hair is a bit stronger after using, but I wasn’t really keeping track.

I eat these daily but I would say there are way better gummies on the market. Maybe not for biotin but there are some tasty probiotics. If they also made the bottle a little wider and shorter that would help with getting them out too.

These are one of my first go too choices as far as hair skin and nails ! If you take them as directed every day you will most definitely see results ! The flavor is yummy too !

I don’t currently take this supplement but have in the past with great results. One thing about supplements that I often struggle with is the taste. This one tastes okay.,the texture isn’t terrible or grainy.
