I wouldnt say these are the best, to me, gummies are the least effective dietary supplements. Although they taste good and make you feel as though you are actually improving in said areas, in all reality you are not. Not the best out there so far.

This gummy supplement is yummy! I just started taking this brand’s gummies for hair, nails and skin for a week. Don’t know the results yet, but thumbs up for the flavor and taste.

I drink natures bounty hair skin & nails over 3 years. Of course I see the difference that way I still use it . I always drink it before my breakfast and one before dinner . I eat more vegetables and drink more water it help me change a lot
