Some people are allergic to biotin and I am one of them, I got acne on my face and greasy hair, I did not see much change. I think it is better to use collagen.

If you like strawberries, this might be the vitamin for you! These are like candy when eating them. They’re very delicious. The bottle is a bit big but it’s travel friendly, just takes space but has a safety cap so nothing spills!
