This product has lots of flavor. It took me a while to find the right vitamin for my hair skin and nails. Not many other vitamins compare. The vitamin was effective. I am very satisfied with the product.

I use this vitamin for couple of years now. It’s does improve on my skin, hair and nail. It taste not sweer like candy. It’s not expensive either. Great value
