While I don’t tell if they did a whole lot for my hair they are super tasty. I’ll happily take my biotin this way. They are sweet strawberry flavored.

I’m not sure if it really helps my skin and nails, but it’s yummy lol. I have ready that biotin is supposed to be good for your hair and skin, and it’s not pricey. I will buy again when it’s on sale.
