I liked taking these, if you are just trying to keep your already healthy hair healthy then these are good to take if your hair is thinning this might not work.

I don’t think these are working for me. The taste is okay, and the price is affordable. However, I don’t see any difference after using it. Maybe it works for other but not for me.

It’s pretty good. I haven’t seen huge visible results on those one though. Love the slim packaging on this one and the ingredients are pretty solid. Value of money I can’t say it’s reasonable for the effectivity I’ve seen.
