I have used this product a few times. It has good flavor and good taste but as far as my hair skin and nails I didn't notice much of a difference. Maybe I need to give it more time.

Tastes great and easy to take since they are chewable. I'm not sure that I noticed a huge difference in my hair growth but I do think it helped make my nails stronger and more durable.
