I takes these vitamins daily. As an adult I know I should being doing a hardier vitamin but these are perfect for me. Gummies make it easy to grab on go to. Definitely a great option to my daily regiment, nothing else will suffice.

The last bottle I bought were stuck together and crusty looking. Not sure what’s going on but I notice others have had the same experience. I never notice much difference in hair but they do taste kinda good and help my sweet tooth :)
