My nails and hair have been flourishing since I started taking these. They not only increased the length of both but the strength as well. My nails definitely don't break as easy as they use to.

Tastes very good and makes me feel put together but I did not see very many improvements in my nails. That is what I bought the product for to drop my hand nails.

These gummy vitamins are affordable and helped my hair, skin, and nails. They taste great and are an excellent everyday sweet treat to take before bed.

I had that vitamin before pregnancy and it works very well in my hair! Taste is good and I like the value for money besides being easy to find in all grocery stores. I recommend it!
