I took these once, honestly did see an improvement with my nails but that is about it. I stopped taking them because of that but pretty sure if you take them longer they work

I take these because they are so good. Vitamins are easy to remember to take when they look like candy. I even sent some to my daughter who is serving in the Navy at the moment.

I really like this Nature's Bounty Hair Skin&Nails alot. It seems to finally help my hair grow a little, skin looks Better, And also my nails are getting stronger and longer. Use to be super Brittle and not grow. A good product to try, I think.
