This products is okay! I didn't really notice anything different but I took it cause I wanted to try it and besides it just being for hair and nails it's a vitamin

I was taking these every day for 3 months and although they tasted good, they seemed to make my skin break out. My hair did not seem to grow any longer but my nails did grow long and hard.

I recently started taking these a while ago, although I know it hasn't been long enough i really do feel like they make a difference. Not only that but they taste amazing, and are such a good price.

This had my nails growing, and skin clear. I really didn't notice much in my hair, but this product is very inexpensive and can be found at drug stores.

I hated the flavor of this, I could not get past it. I do think that biotin has so many benefits and should be taken! But, this product is not how I will be taking it - can't get past the taste.
