I really love these vitamins! They taste really good I wish I could eat more of them! Also they're effective as well. One note though is that if you use a weekly pill container the gummies get sort of hard by the end of the week.

These supplements don’t taste very good. I also didn’t notice a difference in anything but my nails. Even that difference wasn’t very apparent. If you are desperately in need of one maybe try these but I wouldn’t recommend!

These work great. I use them to make my hair grow faster and get stronger because of my chemical damage from coloring and highlighting. The taste is great. It's like your eating candy and I love my sweets. I would definitely recommend.
