A while ago I took these gummies and in less than a week there was result. Now I’m starting to take them agian and my hair and nails are growing long and thick.

They didn't seem to help my hair much but definitely helped my nails. They grew well and were much stronger. A bonus that they taste good as well. I feel like I could eat them all. Will continue to purchase.
