I saw major improvements when I started using these years ago and recently again. They really helped my nails get strong again after getting them done so often!

I have used this product before, it's not my go to one for biotin though as they don't have much in them . I like the packaging of this though , it is a nice color and stands out

Some gummy vitamins taste really weird to me but these did not. I noticed a difference in my hair, skin, and nails while taking this. It definitely helps!

I don't care for it. The taste is blah and honestly I didn't see any change after using it. Had my mom try a bottle and she didn't see a change! But what works for some isn't going to work for all.
