These taste really great. However, I took for years and didn’t notice much of a difference. My hair didn’t grow any quicker and my skin and nails remained the same. I haven’t taken them for almost a year. I prefer taking liquid collagen over biotin.

I feel like these vitamins generally work but only if you’re consistent in taking them as directed. Don’t have a strong smell like vitamins usually do
