Been taking this for a couple of years now and I've really noticed a difference! Leaves my skin feeling and looking very healthy! The flavor is my favorite part of it!

It is effective when you are consistent with it. Worth the money. The ingredients are safe but do look if u might have some prescriptions. The packaging is convenient too.
