I like them, they taste good and they're cute. Im not sure if they work because I havent taken before and after pictures or anything but Ive been using them almost daily for about a year or two.

It actually tastes like candy, I have to control and stop myself from not eating more. Aside from that, It does work. My nail & hair seem to be getting longer and stronger.

Im not quite sure how effective these are but they taste amazing. They do tend to stick to each other in the bottle but I suppose that is normal for any sort of gummy.
