You'll know the difference between the regular biotin and the biotin with collagen as this one tastes so much better. The one with collagen tastes like you bit into a gummy sugar cube with a hint of sourness

I wouldnt say these are the best, to me, gummies are the least effective dietary supplements. Although they taste good and make you feel as though you are actually improving in said areas, in all reality you are not. Not the best out there so far.
