i use this very often to help keep my hair, skin, and nails looking healthy. it does just that and i have never had a bad experience. the taste is great and they are very easy to consume.

I took these once, honestly did see an improvement with my nails but that is about it. I stopped taking them because of that but pretty sure if you take them longer they work

I love this hair skin and nails vitamins, I have been using these for years. They definitely help keep my hair and nails strong and keeping them long.

This was a fun way to take vitamins and they tasted well but I hate to report It did not do anything for my hair or nails. I had taken these for a while but did not see any noticeable difference

I bought and started taking this product on 1/29/2018 and will stop on Weds March 1st. There have not been any changes in my hair, skin or nails. I am very sad to say that this product did not work for me.
