When I was taking this product in the beginning, my hair & skin were dry and dull. I began taking these and my skin, hair, and nails all were brought back to life. They taste great too!

These do not work, but let’s be real, almost every product like this doesn’t work. The gummies do taste pretty good though! I continuously took these for about a year and it did absolutely nothing for me. Decent price though!
