These vitamins helped me grow my hair, and to have stronger nails. They have a good taste, that's why it's easy to take them daily. The packaging is simple and doesn't take up much space. I would buy it again.

I love this product! My hair skin and nails are amazing! As soon as I wake up in the morning I take them to get my day started. I get the gummies one and the tastes is amazing it's strawberry flavored!

I bought a bottle of these and while they taste great, it is super unappealing to even want to eat them as they are all cracked and white and stuck to the bottom of the container. I don't know if I will attempt to buy another bottle or not yet.

The taste was not over powering and just tasted like a natural candy, I did see some growth in my hair skin and nails as well. I struggle with my hair length and this helped alot. It is definitely worth your money.
