Great for hair, skin and nails. The biotin in these vitamin helps with hair growth you just have to be consistent with taking the vitamins daily. I love the effectiveness of these vitamins.

These gummies were very sweet and tender. The strawberry flavor is nice but they had a slight waxy consistency to them. I didn’t notice an increase in hair or nail growth though. I also wish this had some collagen in it.
